Curious about CrossFit? Here’s what you can expect to see in a CrossFit class:
WOD (Workout of the Day) – Any endless combination of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, running, rowing, biking, skipping, gymnastics movements, bodyweight movements, box jumps etc.
Programming – You show up and the workout is all planned for you – daily, weekly, monthly – to keep you progressing with your training.
Community – The members of our gym support and encourage each other to get through hard workouts, hit new PBs, and to keep showing up consistently to train.
Coaching – The coach will explain and demonstrate the movements and help you to move correctly and safely. They will guide you on how and when to scale movements or progress them.
